Home-made ravioli filled with porcini mushroom and topped with a cream of truffle sauce is Antonio's signature dish, and certainly not without good reason. Rich and generous, this delicious dish is a sensational must-try. Another mouth-watering famous special is Australian veal rack pan-fried in breadcrumbs. For dessert try panna cotta al pistachio. A glass of home-made limoncello is the perfect close to the meal.
