FOOD: The food is consistently good and professionally prepared although perhaps without the familiarity of a smaller independent restaurant. The plate of Italian appetisers presents 15 bite-sized samples ranging from seared tuna to baked cheese, grilled scallop and air-dried beef. Pizzas are delightfully crusty and fresh from the oven with a variety of toppings to meet any palate and dietary requirements. The fish dishes are also remarkably fresh and prepared to perfection with a variety of creative salads and vegetable selections that always seem to have been given considerable thought. At Biscotti the desserts are no afterthought so make sure you leave room to share a selection at the end of the meal.

WINE: An extensive list that covers all the regions of Italy and includes both reasonably priced and more expensive selections.

SERVICE: The service is professional as one might expect without being instrusive.

PRICE: Dinner for two without wine is excellent value at about 3,000 baht.
