FOOD: The menu boasts an impressive array of Italian specialities to tempt the most seasoned food lover. Thin-cured beef with parmesan and rocket salad comes highly recommended, as does mouthwatering smoked salmon with a pepper and onion garnish served with warm bread. Giorgio has earned itself a reputation for serving the best pizza in Chiang Mai, and rightfully so. eather-thin crusts - just as pizza should be - are spread over a pan big enough to satisfy the most hearty appetites. The melt-in-the-mouth mushrooms and marinated artichoke combined with spicy salami makes quattro stagioni worth a special mention. The menu also includes a tender
beef fillet steak said to be the best in town. Desserts are limited.
