FOOD: The menu here is extensive with signature dishes clearly marked. Most items come in three sizes so a romantic dinner for two does not turn into a family feast. The perfect starter is delicious barbecue meat combination: it includes soy chicken, crispy roasted duck which is superb, jellyfish and thick juicy barbecued pork. The selection of dim sum is unique with choices like steamed glutinous rice in lotus leaves, barbecued duck and pork spring rolls, steamed pork dumplings with hot and sour sauce. Wok-fried duck with leek is a must-try creation with soft duck and vegetables fried in bean paste. Prawns with crab-roe sauce comes with full-sized prawns covered in mouth-watering sauce made with crab roe. For dessert, glutinous rice dumplings in light almond cream finishes off the meal superbly.
