Try a house favourite appetiser: arugula and goat's cheese salad with toasted almonds topped with champagne vinaigrette, or chunky crab salad with marinated green tea raisins. Entrees include featherlight Scottish salmon cartoccio baked in parchment with wild mushrooms and truffles. Equally good and especially tempting is tender duck breast with green lentils and blackcurrant demi-glace. For dessert lovers chocolate cake and mousse combination is rich in promise that delivers on each exploratory taste.
