FOOD: Each creation is influenced by the chef/owner's experience in Japanese and European cuisines over more than 15 years. Sauces are made in-house except for soy and wasabi. The appetiser trilogy gives a preview of what the chef can create. Umami gyoza is another good place to start: minced pork, chicken and herbs in a crispy coating. Other original creations are asparagus soup, and chicken pate with dice of ginger and apple. A selection of sushi comes fresh and skillfully presented. Rack of lamb in sauce is simply the best in town. Snow fish grilled with soysauce is another excellent choice; the skin is very crispy and the sauce is excellent. Dessert is also good; chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream is to die for.

WINE: Although the wine list is not that extensive, it is compensated by an excellent selection of sake, especially the Shibori. |

SERVICE: Great service from knowledgeable, friendly and unobtrusive staff. the co-owner, khemika boonsirithum, also the chef's wife, usually serves, so expect her to be able to answer any questions. |
| |
PRICE: A relatively low price for an array of astounding dishes. A meal for two comes to around 2,500 baht. |
