SETTING
With soft minimalist decor accented by a granite-face waterfall, the restaurant’s tables are lined up along either side of two walls, with a bar at the far end.
FOOD
Owner Francesco Vitagliano places the emphasis of his menu on contemporary Italian cuisine, with several selections of sumptuous vegetarian fare. The house provides crispy home-made bread sticks with salsa, pesto and garlic butter dips for pre-dinner nibbles. Start the meal with light seafood soup sprinkled with garlic croutons, a medley of grilled vegetables with goat cheese and balsamico dressing, or mussel and scallop gratin dressed with white wine, garlic and a touch of chilli. The pasta menu features pumpkin ravioli with pesto sauce, mint tagliatelle with lamb ragout and black tagliolini with squid in a luscious white wine and saffron cream sauce. Diners with a penchant for cheese and seafood will love crepe with rock lobster, zucchini and parmesan cheese served in a cream sauce au gratin. Other main courses each boasts its own unique flavour, such as grilled lamb with jalapeno pepper sauce, braised veal in port wine sauce and a house speciality, pan-seared snow fish in a creamy red wine and shallot sauce. For dessert, try delightful bavaroise cream with wild berries or a platter of cheese with fresh and dried fruit.

A carefully chosen selection of international wines, especially Italian reds and whites. Prices a bit higher for well-aged stock.
