FOOD
Chef Giovanni and his team create some of the best Italian cuisine, offering diners a satisfying dining experience. Order a selection of Italian appetisers to taste a variety of delicious starters. Vegetarian specialities such as organic green salad with fresh goat cheese and 10-year-old balsamic vinegar is very good, the creamy goat cheese and
the aged balsamic vinegar striking a perfect balance. For a classic Italian pizza, try focaccia with mascarpone and truffle oil, a house speciality loved by all regulars of Biscotti. Pasta dishes are
all great here, and not to be missed is penne with lamb ragout, young leek and red wine reduction, or squid ink angel hair with scallops, shrimps sprout and garlic cream. There is also a great selection of fish and meat dishes. Highly recommended is roasted John Dory on capsicum caponata, fennel, red onion and celery salad, and roasted rack of lamb with slow-braised artichokes, grilled vegetable timbale and smoked scamorza. For lunch, don’t miss Biscotti’s reasonably priced set menu of appetiser buffet with a choice of main course and/or dessert.
