Dim sum is available for lunch, with a wide variety to choose from, both traditional as well as unique, and a favourite with the lunch crowd. For those unsure about ordering a Chinese meal, the restaurant provides various set menus at a range of prices. From the a la carte menu, deep-fried prawns with cream salad is a frequently ordered dish; it features deep-fried prawns in a crispy taro basket sitting on lettuce leaves. Fried fish maw with scrambled eggs is a nice combination of tastes and textures, while fried prawns with apple sauce is an innovative creation that is delicious. Jasmin is also well known for its peking duck which presents finely sliced skin with no fat attached. Fried efu noodle with crab meat is good to round off the dishes.
