FOOD
Modern Chinese cuisine is offered, with innovative twists for out-of-the-ordinary selections. The specialties for this eatery is seafood and home-made noodles from Shanghai. The choice of appetisers is not extensive, but worth trying is steamed pork dumplings featuring six different toppings. Spring rolls Hong Kong style is another version of this Asian favourite. For a main course, seafood lovers will like fried crab meat with salt and chilli for a spicy dish. Baked fish in orange juice is creative and tasty, while baked fish with enoki mushrooms is a fresh and light-textured dish which is one of the highly recommended items on the menu. For a meaty dish, pan-fried beefsteak Oriental style is tender and tasty. Big bowl noodle is for those with big appetites as it presents a huge noodle bowl full with all kinds of seafood plus home-made noodles; it is fun and filling. Fried rice fans will enjoy either salmon fried rice or fried rice Yang Chow style, both of which are delicious. The dessert selection is limited as only mango crepe and chinese pancake are available.
