SETTING
Beautiful, large, old Thai house set in the middle of an expansive, well-landscaped garden fronting onto the sea. Most of the seating is outdoors, next to the beach. Along the sea wall are many comfortable seats for relaxing before or after your meal.
FOOD
The menu here is very extensive with many choices in almost all categories; the only difficulty in making your selection will be which ones to order. Seafood is of course in abundance and all very fresh. There are over 130 dishes on offer and it is better to go as part of a group of family or friends to share in some of this vast selection. This restaurant opened in the first part of 2004, but has already earned its place, and it is always crowded especially should you visit during the weekend. It is owned and managed by a small family whose members are present most of the time. Krathong thong, a crispy cup filled with diced vegetables and pork, is always a good starter. Fish lovers will enjoy sea bass steamed with soysauce. A wonderful combination of tastes is deep-fried prawns with tamarind sauce. To add to your enjoyment there is a very pleasant selection of music playing softly over speakers throughout the garden area.
WINES
A very small wine selection which is brought to your table for you to choose as there is no list. Prices range from 400-900 baht.
SERVICE
There are always plenty of staff members, but in the peak hours of a weekend evening things may slow down a little as the kitchen tries to keep up.
PRICE
The tab for a meal for two people without wine is about 2,200 baht.
